While my aim in taking coaching trainings was to have a profession that will help others, I never imagined that these trainings would be so beneficial for me. I realized myself, my wishes, my communication with myself. I am grateful to all my trainers who supported me throughout this process.  

Despite my busy work schedule, I looked forward to the next one after each module. Maybe you want to be useful to the people around you like me, but with this training, I realized that we forget ourselves. This training made us feel very good that we can get to know ourselves first and that we can't be of use to others without benefiting ourselves, and it filled the gaps very well. Fortunately, my coaching training is one of my decisions right now. I would like to thank everyone who contributed.  

With the experience of having completed the Coaching Training, I recommend CY Coaching Academy without hesitation. Even in online education, you experience in-class interaction. In addition, the topics and narration encourage the person to think about themselves and their environment and to look at what they see from another perspective. It is a wonderful journey even for those who do not plan to pursue coaching as a profession.

Although I was educated with a great prejudice as an area that cannot be benefited because of the high egos of the managers, I realized that it is not how they can be better managers; The main thing is to focus on the whole of communication, relationship and behavior. Knowing the difference between a manager and a leader opened an important horizon for me to improve myself. It is a very useful training that must be taken no matter where you are in corporate life.   

Student Coaching training was full of content that would be useful for me in many areas. I realized that student coaching has its own elements. As a person who works one-on-one with students due to my job, I experienced many awareness throughout this training and felt safe while I was on the path of student coaching. In fact, in my meetings with students after the training, I noticed the positive change in myself and the reflection of this change on them. I would like to thank CY Coaching Academy for this enjoyable and instructive training.

Relationship coaching is an area so close to one's daily life and troubles that it is right in the middle of life. That's why I think it should definitely be taken. It was a great education that I was shaken by a lot of awareness and full of what is relationship, what is love. I can't help but wish that it was given in schools. Mindfulness is one of the indispensable niches of coaching, in my opinion. It certainly helped me a lot in getting the coach's presence to fit very well, listening to myself, listening to others at Level 3, staying in the moment, being non-judgmental and observing. I think it can even be included in basic training, that's all. It also creates additional tools for clients that you can apply when you think they will be necessary and useful.
